Hello! My name is Elinor Opitz. I graduated form the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with a B.S. in Dairy Science and a B.A. in Philosophy in 2010. I am currently working for Land O'Lakes as a feed formulator for the Upper Midwest. I also own New-Vue Ayrshires, which consists of 24 Registered Ayrshire cattle.
