Hello Dairy Goddess! Love your blog posts and your videos. I think you're doing a great job trying to reconnect with consumers! I just read the article in the progresive dairyman about your dairy. I especially liked the part about how your son was going to return to the dairy and you told him you couldn't pay him, to go to vet school because you just can't depend on the milk price. I really appreciated that piece because I am currently returning to school to get a higher degree because I get so frustrated with the milk price. I wanted something that could supplement the milk check, or rather what is left of it after bills. At first I felt like I was "leaving" the dairy industry to pursue my degree. But after reading that article I felt as if I'm not the only one who feels that way. I love dairying but it's also important to be able to support ourselves and God knows perhaps a family in the future. So thank you dairy goddess!
I actually didn't go to the ranch. I ended up going back to my hotel to start writing up the story for the Dairy Challenge. I need to make sure I find your son tonight. If I don't, we may have to do a follow up story about your new cheese operation. ;)
I had a good time visiting with you. I'll try to remember to give you a heads up when I post your video. I hope to do that soon. Good luck with the cheese thing. If you can send some to Idaho, I would love to try it.

You're doing great. It's having something worth saying that matters. I am glad to share what little I know with you to help you be heard.

Welcome. I think you should post the first paragraph as a blog post on Proud to dairy and then give the link to the rest of your blog. Then more people will see your link.
I hope it helps spread the word.
