I honestly need help. See my grandfather was Francis H Barnes of New Windsor MD. He died on 02/14/99. But during the 1980's he and his sister had one of the top butter fat dairy herds. The farm name was Fleetwood Farms located at 15125 Barnes Road New Windsor MD. You may have heard of him or the farm. But I can't find anything about him, the herd or the farm on the internet. I have NOTHING about him to remind he of what he did for the dairy industry. Do you have or know where I might be able to find any information. PLEASE HELP IF POSSIBLE

Hey Wes,
You might look for a DHIA in your area - it might go by a different name there - here in Wisconsin, this type of testing service has been around a long time - they come onto the farms once a month and get milk weights, draw samples to take back to the lab for analysis and then keep the production records
