Hey, this is Thomas from western Ohio, Darke County to tell the truth. In the last week or so, farmers here in Darke County are starting to harvest corn. I know here we had a very wet spring and many crops got in late, but they all almost if not ready to be taken off. Has anyone else started the harvest season yet?

Lake Geneva WI, Probably 40% complete with silage. Most corn was planted mid April. We are rained out right now but only need about 8-9 hours to finish. Looks like alot of 200bu+ corn if the test weight is there.

We started chopping corn silage 3 days ago. The moisture levels ranged from 54 - 62%. All these 90+ degree days really dried it down quick.
