Here in Northeast Ohio, families love to visit farms in the fall. It’s a beautiful time of year with leaves changing colors, cooler days and the bounty of harvest is in the air.
Some farmers host visitors at their farm with agritourism activities such as corn mazes, picking pumpkins, hayrides and more. See my post “Welcome Visitors at Your Farm”
You may not be interested in inviting visitors to your farm, but you can still share your story by creating a virtual tour using photos or video. Use your farm’s Facebook fan page, Twitter, blog or website to post your “virtual tour”.
Here are some scenes from our farm this fall:
There’s nothing better than a scene of a farm nestled among red, yellow and orange leaves on a crisp fall afternoon. Share the picturesque scenery on your farm. It's a great opportunity to show people your farm, family, cows, harvest and the wonderful fall colors.
